ORDER TIMELINE
Please note, in order for us to provide the best wholesale prices, we need your order placed and paid for in full at least 2 weeks in advance.
PICK UP INFORMATION
Shipments arrive Wednesday through Thursday of your event week. A staff member will call once your product has arrived. You will be responsible from that point for your wholesale order. We suggest picking up your product as close to its arrival date as possible.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers and varietals may be very limited at times. We will confirm availability of your requested varietals prior to taking payment and confirming an order, but we encourage you to provide a second-choice (specifically color) for your custom wholesale order, keeping in mind that slight color variance in expected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we order directly from our sources, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations received after an order is submitted and paid in full.
In the unlikely event that a requested varietal becomes unavailable after an order is received and paid in full, the customer will be contacted and we will try to find a suitable substitute, or we will refund the order in full.
